“Raindance” from “Valerie June and The Tennessee Express”

Valerie June and the Tennessee Express - Raindance

Did you know Valerie June teamed up with Old Crow Medicine Show for an EP back in 2010? Me neither.

Valerie bills her music as “Organic Moonshine Roots”. She owns a unique voice that will perk up your ears and stick with you. Prior to her label debut from 2013, Pushin’ Against A Stone, she released two self-produced albums and two collaborations - the one above, plus The Wandering - Go On Now You Can’t Stay Here, which also featured Amy LaVere, Shannon McNally, Luther Dickinson and Sharde Thomas.
